Production process
Design & Tooling
Our engineering team analyzes customer requirements, creates detailed 3D models, and simulates metal flow to optimize part performance. High-quality steel molds are then manufactured to ensure durability and precision.
Die Casting
Molten aluminum is injected into the mold using high-pressure die casting machines. With multiple tonnage options, we can produce both complex geometries and thin-walled components.
Trimming & CNC Machining
Excess material such as runners and flash is removed. Components are then machined in-house using CNC equipment to achieve tight tolerances and precise dimensions.
Surface Finishing
